At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience.

Cancellations within at least 48 hours prior to appointment will receive no cancellation fee

​

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 75% of service booked

​

No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked

​

I do understand that sometimes life events happen that are out of our control- please reach out to me as soon as you know you if you are unable to make your appointment & we can discuss the best solution
